How time has passed

I came across this photo the other day of my niece and I at my high school graduation party. I thought oh she was so cute... Then I realized it was 15 years ago. Adria was only 4, the same age as my son Carson. Now I have a family and she is in her second year of college. But when I look at this photo, it feels like only yesterday.

Busy day

Brielle rolled over for the first time today!! I knew she could do it for a while but just needed time. Also, I busted out the jumping swing and she loved it!!! She is ready for bed early tonight. Big, busy day for a 3 month old.

been so long...

Sorry I have not posted anything in a long time... Needless to say I have been busy with baby Brielle. Not to mention, I am not sure any one is even reading this.

Life with a newborn is interesting. But even more challenging is having Carson. He has been a great big brother but still find it hard going places with the 2 of them by myself. I know it will get better once Brie is on a schedule. So wish me luck and I will try to post more.

Finally we have our complete family. On April 17, 2012 our beautiful baby girl, Brielle Lynn Townsend arrived. 6lbs 2oz 17.5 inches (hospital said 19.5 but was wrong :) She came into this world at 3:58am. Apparently she didn't know mommy was not an night owl, but I can not complain. The delivery was fast, in fact I almost didn't have time to get the epiduarl. After I was "sticked" I was already 10 centimeters!!!

She has been home for 6 days now and sleeps very well and nursing great. We are very blessed.
