Santa time

Today we went to the lights at the zoo. We also saw santa!! No crying it was awesome. He asked santa for a kitchen, play food and cars. I used to be a christmas hater, but I have to say having a child has changed that...bring one the holiday cheer.

Thanksgiving was great. Love seeing the family.

Yesterday, I celebrated my 32nd birthday. I had many birthday wishes and lots of love. 

When Carson and I got home from school and work he asked me where my birthday was. He almost started crying and I had to explain to him that, yes it's my birthday but I am not having a "birthday party". He was expecting people at the house, balloons and a birthday cake.

Luckily, I married a wonderful man who came home with flowers, cake and a balloon. I think Carson was more excited about the cake and balloon then I was.  

Thank you again for a wonderful day. Thankfully it also happens to be a short week a work.

Party time!!

And at last we go to Boo at the zoo! The weather was pleasant, the people (for the most part) were pleasant and Carson had fun! So happy it didn't rain. Tonight, we'll pass out candy to trick or treaters. We had a great family weekend. Thanks Michelle and Adria for driving into town. And of course Grandma for flying up from Florida.

Then...

Your family comes over. Grandma came up from Florida and Adria and aunt Shelly came over as well. We made a candy Haunted House. Yes, it took 5 adults to do it and yes it looks nothing like the photo. And yes... several of us consider ourselves artists...sad. Carson had a blast!!!

Halloween time

First...you carve a pumpkin. Carson was not a fan of the brains of the pumpkin, it feels weird.

New phone

Ryan and I finally have smart phones. Now we know why people are always on their phones. Hopefully there will more posts now.
